After each photo, our AI looks at the item and suggests its condition (new, good, fair or poor), a short description, any marks or damage, and how clean it is. It’s a suggestion: you can change anything, and you sign the report as your own record.
Do I pay before I start?
No. It’s free to start and do your report. You pay £30 when it’s finished, to download it and send it.
Is there a monthly fee?
No. You pay £30 for each report: a check-in, a check-out or an inspection.
Do my tenants need to download an app?
No. They open a secure link in their phone’s browser to check and sign the report.
Can I use it on more than one property?
